Shipping and Handling Policy
Please allow 1-4 business days for handling (please allow 1-6 business days on holidays and website specials due to increased order volume). For guaranteed next business day postal drop, select expedited handling option for shipping. Once shipped, your tracking number will be emailed/texted to you at the email address/number provided during checkout.
Standard delivery option, once shipped, provides delivery in 1-5 business days ; generally items are received within 3 business days. Priority with signature option, once shipped, provides delivery within 1-3 days, with signature release needed for package to be delivered. Questions? *** We ship within the U.S., to U.S. military APOs and to Hawaii. APOs please complete ALL information needed to ensure prompt delivery.
***International orders: You, the buyer is responsible for shipping by weight, and any cost of customs upon receipt of package.
*** Please check your address carefully at time of purchase. Items that need to be reshipped due to entry error/return to sender will be reshipped at customer expense.
*** Emmerie is not responsible for packages mishandled or lost by the postal service.
*** Preorder ETAs are estimated times of arrival. As such, ETA may be subject to change based on fulfillment of the manufacturer's schedule. Preorder items are shipped out next 1-2 business days from arrival to Emmerie. In the event of any preorder date change, customers will be notified via email. Emmerie has a no refunds policy. In the event of a delayed preorder, a customer is entitled to store credit in the amount paid if they do not wish to wait.
All items are quality assurance checked before they are packaged with care and shipped. No refund policy: At this time, we do not offer payment refunds for any reason. Note: bodysuits are final sale for hygienic purposes. Clearance items marked final sale are final sale. Face masks are final sale.
In the (rare) chance you don't love your Emmerie piece:
We will happily exchange or provide store credit for an item that is in its originally purchased condition when notified within 7 days of delivery of the item. To request an exchange, email email@example.com with the message title, "Exchange Request". Include in the email the item(s) requested for exchange, reason for request, and invoice number. You will receive a response within 48 hours.
If/once approved for exchange, the item should be shipped to the address provided in approval email, and tracking number provided to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days from exchange approval date.
Items not notified to Emmerie within 7 days, and shipped within 7 days of exchange request approval are subject to request denial, and buyer will be held responsible for any additional shipping fees required to return the item to the buyer if shipped to Emmerie. The item for exchange should not be or appear worn, should be free of stains or any damages, and should have original tags still attached. Items which appear washed, worn, with tags removed, and/or scented with odors or fragrances including perfume will not be accepted for approval.
You/the buyer is responsible for costs to ship the item to Emmerie; the new item chosen in exchange will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
Once we receive your item, it will be reviewed to certify it is in its original condition. We will then alert you as to approval or denial of exchange request.
Approved items may be exchanged for store credit, for a different size/color, for an item of equal value of amount paid including discounts. No partial refunds will be given, credit remaining can be used on a future purchase, or the cost of the item applied to a higher priced item for which you will pay the difference. Previously used sale codes are not transferable to new items of higher value. The newly selected item will be shipped to you at no additional shipping cost for your first exchange (per unique order).
If upon review the item appears worn or is no longer in resale condition, the buyer/you will be responsible to cover costs to resend the item back to the buyer. If return shipping costs are not provided, the buyer agrees to forfeit the item for discard.
NO exchanges on final sale items: Body suits, Face masks, Clearance items marked final sale. Note: product colors may vary slightly due to lighting, camera, and differences in viewing screens.
