Shipping and Handling Policy

Please allow 1-4 business days for handling (please allow 1-7 business days on holidays and website specials due to increased order volume). Paid priority shipping includes expedited handling and receives priority in order processing. Free shipping/handling times are estimates which may change due to order volume and are not guaranteed. Paid priority shipping prioritizes your order in the queue, and guarantees shipping time (per postal carrier). Once shipped, your tracking number will be emailed/texted to you at the email address/number provided during checkout.

Standard ground delivery option, once shipped, provides delivery in ~3-7 business days ; generally items are received within 4-5 business days once shipped. Priority with signature option, once shipped, provides delivery within 1-3 days, with signature release needed for package to be delivered. Questions?  *** We ship within the U.S., to U.S. military APOs and to Hawaii. APOs please complete ALL information needed to ensure prompt delivery. 

***International orders: You, the buyer is responsible for shipping by weight, and any cost of customs/local taxes upon receipt of package. Carriers (UPS, USPS, etc) may charge an additional carrier charge for handling which you must pay for for delivery, in addition to local taxes and customs. Please check carrier export rates on their respective websites.  To avoid additional / potential carrier shipping costs, select Standard International Shipping at checkout. For non time-sensitive orders, we recommend Standard International Shipping when available for lowest cost delivery.  

*** Please check your address carefully at time of purchase. Items that need to be reshipped due to entry error/return to sender will be reshipped at customer expense. 

*** Purchased items returned to sender and/or orders wishing to be canceled are subject to refund with a 10% restocking fee, and less the cost of any shipping paid by Emmerie. 

*** Emmerie is not responsible for packages mishandled or lost by the postal service(s). 

*** Preorder ETAs are estimated times of arrival. As such, ETA may be subject to change based on fulfillment of the manufacturer's schedule. Preorder items are shipped out next 1-2 business days from arrival to Emmerie. In the event of any preorder date change, customers will be notified via email. 

Return Policy
All items are quality assurance checked before they are packaged with care and shipped. Refund policy: refund/return request must be made within 7 actual days of delivery And return items must be mailed within 7 days of delivery (excluding Sunday and federal holidays), following the email contact instructions below. Note: bodysuits are final sale for hygienic purposes. Clearance items marked final sale are final sale.

In the (rare) chance you don't love your Emmerie piece:

We will happily provide a refund or store credit if preferred for an item that is in its originally purchased condition when notified within 7 actual days of delivery of the item. To request a refund, email with the message title, "Return Request". Include in the email the item(s) requested for return and invoice number. You will receive a return authorization response within 1 business day.

The item should be shipped to the address provided in authorization email, and tracking number provided to once shipped. Return items must be shipped within 7 days from delivery date, excluding Sunday and holidays.

Items not notified to Emmerie within 7 days, and shipped within  7 days are subject to request denial, and buyer will be held responsible for any additional shipping fees required to return the item to the buyer if shipped to Emmerie without authorization. 

The item for exchange should not be or appear worn, should be free of stains or any damages, and should have original tags still attached. Items which appear washed, worn, with tags removed, and/or scented with odors or fragrances including perfume will not be accepted for approval.        

You/the buyer is responsible for costs to ship the return item to Emmerie; should a size exchange request be made, the new size chosen in exchange will be shipped to you at no additional cost.


If upon review the item appears worn or is no longer in resale condition, the buyer/you will be responsible to cover costs to resend the item back to the buyer/you. If return shipping costs are not provided, the buyer/you agree to forfeit the item for discard.

One exchange per original purchase order. Subsequent needs will receive a refund or store credit for purchase of a new order, or require buyer pay shipping fees for second exchange item(s). 

No return or exchanges on final sale items: Body suits, Face masks, Clearance items marked final sale. Note: product colors may vary slightly due to lighting, camera, and differences in viewing screens.
